You get a written report that explains how the work runs now, ranks what to change, and prices the first project. Some recommendations use software you already pay for. Some need no software at all.
The report is usually ready within 3 days of our first meeting.

AI strategy and implementation
For companies that want a plan before choosing a project, we map where AI would help across the business, write rules for how it may use your data and contact customers, and put projects in order with budgets. Strategy work is quoted after a call.
After either engagement, we can build what the plan calls for, coach your team while they do it, or leave the plan with you.
Payment, cancellation and refunds
- Payment
- The assessment is paid in full when you book. Implementation and strategy work are quoted in writing before any payment.
- Cancellation
- If you cancel before your first meeting, we refund the full $1,500.
- After the assessment starts
- The fee isn't refundable once the first meeting has taken place, but it stays credited toward any implementation work you hire us for.
